1. Installation points of the rack

2. Installation points of eccentric shaft and bearing

Before assembling the shaft and bearing, the sliding bearing needs to be researched and matched, and then put into the sliding bearing for testing. If the measurement result meets the requirements, install the eccentric shaft on the bearing, and apply red on the journal Dan powder to check the fit between the shaft and the bearing, if there are too many high points on the surface of the sliding bearing, further scraping is required until the high points between the contact surfaces disappear, and finally a certain amount of smear between the bearing seat and the bearing To reduce the wear of the shaft, the contact area between the eccentric shaft sliding and the frame should not be less than 80%, and the gap between them should be less than 0.07.


3. Installation points of connecting rod

After the above parts are installed in place, the connecting rod can be installed. The connecting rod and the required assembly position should be carefully checked before the connecting rod is assembled. After the inspection is correct, the connecting rod can be lifted by using a crane. Use gasoline or kerosene to clean the entire connecting rod. After cleaning, apply a layer of oil on the surface of the connecting rod to ensure that it is installed and lubricated. Then, the upper bearing, main shaft, upper bearing and connecting rod upper shell, and then lift the connecting rod. Connecting rod bolts are installed on the connecting rod and tightened. For example, after a gasket is added between the upper shell of the connecting rod and the connecting rod, the fit between them is not tight, causing oil leakage. The gasket should be processed or a new gasket should be installed. If conditions permit, you can use a crane to hoist the whole into the frame by assembling the connecting rod and main shaft parts externally.


4. Installation points of the toggle plate

The bracket of the crusher can be assembled and disassembled due to the long-term support between the bracket and the liner: loosen the lever spring nut, remove the spring, and then use a chain or wire rope to tie the lower part of the movable jaw, and then use the crane to pull the wire rope. Bring the movable jaw close to the fixed jaw, and then the toggle plate will automatically fall off. You only need to reverse the above steps during installation.


5. Installation points of the movable jaw

The assembly of the movable jaw of the jaw crusher uses the corresponding assembly of the movable jaw parts in advance. The movable jaw, the movable jaw shaft, the movable tooth plate, the toggle pad, etc. are assembled on the ground before use A crane or a crane hoist the assembled parts together in the frame of the crusher. 6. Installation points of the tooth plate

The jaw crusher tooth plate is a part of the crusher directly used to crush ore. Its structure is simple, but due to frequent contact with the ore, it needs to be replaced frequently. The cross-sectional structure of the tooth plate has two types: smooth surface and lattice surface. Because of its heavy weight, it needs to be made into a structure that is easy to replace. The tooth plate is fixed by bolts or wedges, and it is fixed on the front wall of the frame or on the movable jaw, and the contact surface between the two must be straight If there is a high point in contact, it needs to be dealt with in time.
