The conveyor belt of the Manual Interlocking Block Making Machine sends the pallet to the bottom plate of the lower part of the mold, and the bottom plate rises to the bottom of the mold. The skip conveys the mixed material into the mold by reciprocating motion, the upper pressing head is pressed, the mold vibrates, and the mold is moved. The material in the material is compacted while vibrating. Then, the upper pressing head is pressed down slightly, the bottom plate is lowered with the upper pressing head, and the bottom plate drives the supporting plate and the forming block to the bottom, and the demoulding is completed. Finally, the forming block is taken away by the conveyor belt to complete the block forming process.
