What’s the worker required and the feature of simple production line, semi-automatic production line and fully automatic production line ?
Simple production line: generally using bagged cement, no cement weighing system and central control system, and the degree of automation is a bit low. Natural curing, about 10 workers are required. The machine cost is only a little.
Semi-automatic production line: using bulk cement, cement metering system and centralized control system, the degree of automation is relatively high. Natural conservation and about 8 workers are required. The producing line cost is from $20,000 to $80,000, it depend on the capacity requirement.
Fully automatic production line: automatic batching - weighing - stirring - brick making, automatic transfer - curing - palletizing, pallet recycling, production automation, natural conservation or steam curing. However, the input cost is relatively high and about 3 workers are required. The producing line will cost about $350,000 to $400,000.
What is the consumption of cement per shift for XD10 and the capacity of the silo?
The demand for cement in each shift is about 20-30t. If the factory is convenient to transport cement, using 50t silo is already enough, otherwise 100t will be better.

(3) If the silo is not used, the weight of the cement needs to be manually measured, and the measurement is inaccurate, which affects the quality of the brick.
