Details Introduction

VC7 Series rotor centrifugal crushers is a new sand maker, which is high-functioned equipment for making sand and shaping, is researched and produced by our corporation, absorbed with the advanced technology from Germany, and owned advanced world standards. This equipment has two types: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron.

The high velocity impact crushing achieved in this Series VSI improves the soundness and shape of stone, reducing product moisture and easing the screening task while producing superior products at a minimum cost. This autogenous crushing process produces the best-shaped aggregate on the market today.

The chamber configuration of VC7 Series rotor impact crushers:

1. Rock on anvil with round rotor

Application range: all rock types and the most abrasive materials
Features: enclosed rotor and square anvils combine the grinding action of the rotor with the high efficiency reduction of anvils.

2. Rock on rock with round rotor

Application range: all rock types and the most abrasive materials
Features: enclosed rotor and rock box configuration causes rock on rock crushing which produces the best shaped material with the lowest wear cost.

3. Rock on anvil with open rotor

Application range: large feed, mild to medium-abrasive materials
Features: open rotor and rock on anvil configuration offers high tonnage of production, high reduction ratios and large feed size with equal conditions.

Features and Benefits of VC7 Series rotor impact crushers:

1. Patented rotor
Deep rotor offers higher throughput; and unique rotor tip enhances service rate of alloy and extends maintenance interval.

2. Perfect interchange between ROR and ROA
Rock on rock configuration produces the best shaped and most consistent material with the lowest wear cost, which is suitable for all rock types, especially for most abrasive materials; rock on anvil configuration offers high reduction ratios and high efficiency of sand making, which is suitable for medium abrasive materials. Unique crushing chamber structure enables to achieve a rapid interchange between rock on rock configuration (ROR) and rock on anvil (ROA).

3. Rotor with thin oil lubrication
Compare with the traditional rotor with greasing lubrication, the rotor being lubricated by thin oil provides a wide speed range, which can meet various requirements for crushing different materials; patented seal configuration enables free-maintenance without exchanging the wear parts such as oil seal, etc.

4. Easy disassembly platform design
Unique platform structure not only provides access to operators for observing the feed and maintaining the equipment, but also protects the motor against wind and rain without affecting road transportation.

5. High automation
Enhanced automation makes normal maintenance easy; multiple protection measures reduce the down time and extend service life.

6. Superior particle shape
Superior cubical shape products with low content of flat and elongated particles are a result of the high velocity impact crushing principle of VSI crusher, which is particularly suitable for aggregate shaping and manufactured sand making, for instance producing the aggregate for high way construction.

7. Hydracascade feed technology
Patented feed adjustment device provides an accurate control of ratio between central feeding and the cascade. Hydracascade feed technology not only improved energy availability and increased throughput, but also managed product shape and fines content via cascade feed.

8. Super quality, high reliability
All series crushers are equipped with specified motors with the brand of Siemens JV, main bearing can be used by the products of domestic and international famous brands such as SKF, FAG, TWB and ZWZ, etc; key components such as lubrication station and wear parts are used by the products of domestic and international famous brands.


Working principle of VC7 Series rotor impact crushers

The materials fall into impeller with high-speed rotation vertically. On the force of high-speed centrifugal, the materials strike to the other part of material in a high speed. After mutual impacting, the materials will strike and rub between the impeller and the casing and then be discharged straight from the lower portion to form a closed multiple cycles. Final product is controlled by screening equipment to meet the requirement.
