Iron Separators are used to remove powder or large amounts of scrap iron from non-magnetic materials. The interior is made of special resin and is fully sealed. It has deep display, strong magnetic force, dustproof, rainproof and wear resistance, which can be operated in harsh environments.
Iron Separators consist of rugged permanent magnets, iron strips, reducers, frames and rollers for use with a wide range of conveyors. It is used to eliminate ferromagnetic materials with a weight of 0.1kg to 35kg.

Principle
When the Iron Separators are energized by DC, a magnetic field effect is generated by electromagnetic induction, causing a non-uniform magnetic field around the material web. When the material to be treated passes through the screen, the loose iron particles mixed in the material are absorbed, and the non-magnetic material uniformly passes under the action of the vibration motor to achieve the purpose of removing iron. Iron Separators are installed on the upper side of the belt conveyor or above the tape. When the material passes under the separator magnetic box, the iron in the material is adsorbed by the strong adsorption force of the magnetic box on the scrap iron tape with the scraper. In the above, under the action of the driving motor, the adsorbent is taken out by the scraper by the belt speed, and transferred into the hopper.
