It can produce a variety of non-flammable, non-explosive mineral powders with a Mohs hardness of less than 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, kaolinite, ceramics and slag. Working Principle

The original material is crushed to the required size and conveyed to the hopper by a bucket elevator and then fed continuously and continuously into the grinding chamber through a vibrating feeder for powder processing. The shovel scoops the material into the space between the roller and the ring, where the grinding roller itself and the material rotate about the vertical axis, and then the grinding ring is tightly squeezed due to centrifugal force to complete the grinding. After the High Pressure Mill analysis, the fine powder is transported to the cyclone collector by a blower and then output as a finished product.

The rough material will be recirculated through air to the grinding chamber for regrind. The material may contain some moisture and the pipe joints are not absolutely sealed, so outside air may be drawn in, which can disturb the air circulation balance, but can be achieved by adjusting the air tube between the blower and the main unit. In this way, excess airflow will be introduced into the baghouse, collecting the airborne powder and purging it to remove excess air.
