working principle:

The cone crusher is mainly used for the second stage and subsequent crushing work. At the center of the main shaft in the center of the main body, a cone-shaped vertebral core and a movable tooth plate are installed, and the spherical surface of the vertebral core is placed on an eccentric seat. Since the center hole of the eccentric seat is eccentric to the body hole, the rotation of the eccentric seat causes the spindle to rotate.

The bottom of the upper chamber is the fixed tooth plate, which forms the crushing chamber together with the movable tooth plate. The feeding platform ensures that the materials fall evenly in the center of the distribution tray. Rotary movement ensures that the materials fall into the crushing chamber evenly. After being crushed, the materials are discharged continuously. The upper frame connected with the upper chamber and the fixed tooth plate is mounted on the body through a peripheral release spring. If the material is mixed with particularly hard foreign objects (such as iron blocks), the upper frame will float up under the action of the release spring to allow the foreign objects to pass through to prevent overload or damage to the machine. After the foreign body passes, it is restored on the shelf and normal crushing work continues.

4. The cone crusher includes a hydraulic adjustment mechanism, which is convenient for quickly adjusting the size of the discharge port of the cone crusher.

5. The hydraulic cavity cleaning mechanism is the standard configuration of the cone crusher, which is completed by several cavity cleaning cylinders placed on the bottom plate of the body.

6. The cone crusher provides "spring-type" iron release protection.

7. The cone crusher adopts a set of external lubrication system including oil pump, oil tank and pipeline. When the oil temperature is too high or the oil flow rate is too slow, the crusher will be shut down automatically.
