2. Carry out a careful inspection of the bearing before the crusher starts to ensure that the bearing has sufficient lubricant. If the bearing is short of oil, it should be lubricated in time. Dry bearings will increase the bearing friction of the equipment, which will aggravate the bearing wear and shorten the equipment life .

3. When the machine is running, always pay attention to observe the operation of the machine, and pay special attention to the equipment and meters. If there are any abnormal conditions, the equipment should be technically shut down to run.

4. When the crusher is started, it should be turned on before feeding, and the material should be drained before closing, and the material should not be left in the cavity.

5. During the operation of the crusher, someone needs to manage it specifically to avoid equipment problems that cannot be controlled in time.

6. The crusher feed should be uniform, the feed size should be suitable, uniform feed can ensure the stable operation of the equipment, the size of the material is suitable to avoid equipment jamming.

7. After the machine is shut down, the operation status and working time of the equipment should be recorded, the replacement time of the wearing parts of the equipment can be estimated, and preparation can be made in advance.
