1. Poor technical condition of the control valve, such as poor seat sealing or mismatching, fatigue or damage of the pressure regulating spring, or blocking of the orifice of the spool to cause it to malfunction, etc., will cause vibration and noise. When the gear pump is working, the trapped oil will produce strong noise, and the blade of the vane pump will be stuck in the groove, etc. It will also cause noise. Consider reselecting the pump. Mechanical noise can be caused by errors in the different shaft degrees of the motor and the coupling, loose coupling and pipe joints, and bearing damage.


2. Causes of vibration and noise: There is gas in the suction pipe or the resistance of the suction pipe is too large, the oil viscosity is too high, the filter is blocked, and the oil level is too low, etc., sucking in a lot of air during work, causing cavitation. For vibration and noise, the inner diameter of the oil suction pipe can be appropriately increased, the appropriate hydraulic valve should be selected, and the oil filter can be cleaned or replaced. Improper selection of hydraulic components, such as unqualified components such as hydraulic pumps and control valves for maintenance and replacement.


3. There is no buffer device at both ends of the hydraulic cylinder or the stroke adjustment is improper, and the piston collides with the cylinder head. The one-way valve of the hydraulic cylinder cushioning device is not well sealed (for example, the paper gasket at the end cover is damaged, the clearance between the piston and the cylinder body hole is too large, the throttle nut is loose or improperly adjusted, the outer edge of the piston ends and the inner hole of the end cover The matching clearance is too large, so that the triangular groove does not have a buffering effect, etc.). The system pressure is adjusted too high or the system memory is large with a lot of air, etc.


4. Reasons for hydraulic shock: There is no buffering effect when the liquid flow is reversed, the change of the liquid flow before and after the change is too sudden, the reversing action of the electromagnetic reversing valve is too fast, and the clearance between the valve core and the valve body is too large, etc., will cause hydraulic shock.


5. The hydraulic components have large gaps and large gaps in hydraulic pumps. The oil leakage of the hydraulic pumps causes serious crawling of the actuators; various control valves' holes or throttles are blocked by dirt, and the spool movement is not flexible, resulting in large pressure fluctuations and thrust Or the flow rate is large and sometimes small, resulting in crawling; the valve parts are worn, so that the fitting clearance is too large, and the leakage causes insufficient pressure to cause crawling.
