Description

Working Principle

The Stone Mining Jaw Crushing Machine uses an electric motor as its power. The eccentric shaft is driven by a belt and pulley to move the movable jaw up and down. As the movable canister ascends, the angle between the toggle plate becomes larger and pushes it toward the fixed jaw to achieve the purpose of breaking the material. When the activity jaw is lowered, the angle becomes smaller, and under the action of the tie rod and the spring, the fixed raft is removed and the material is discharged. When the pressure rises to the strength that the material can withstand, breakage occurs. Otherwise, when the fixed jaw swings in the opposite direction away from the fixed jaw, the material moves downward by its own weight. Each periodic movement of the active raft will break the material and move it down a distance. After a few periods of time, the broken material will be discharged through the discharge port.
