What’s the worker required and the feature of simple production line, semi-automatic production line and fully automatic production line ?

Simple production line: generally using bagged cement, no cement weighing system and central control system, and the degree of automation is a bit low. Natural curing, about 10 workers are required. The machine cost is only a little.

Semi-automatic production line: using bulk cement, cement metering system and centralized control system, the degree of automation is relatively high. Natural conservation and about 8 workers are required. The producing line cost is from $20,000 to $80,000, it depend on the capacity requirement.

Fully automatic production line: automatic batching - weighing - stirring - brick making, automatic transfer - curing - palletizing, pallet recycling, production automation, natural conservation or steam curing. However, the input cost is relatively high and about 3 workers are required. The producing line will cost about $350,000 to $400,000.



How many days for the natural curing of the block?

Usually , the fresh block need one night for inside curing, after that, transfer block out do water curring, it need 5-7days .
