XD10-15 revetment block making machine is an integration of mechanical, electric and hydraulic technologies; PLC can achieve electric and hydraulic synchronous or asynchronous; process can be automatically continuously completed: automatic feeding, special distribution device, automatic conveyer panel, automatic lifting die and lowering die, automatic vibration, and automatic carrying.

The computer is of fault diagnosis system. Warning signal is propitious to eliminate the fault. Combined with remote controlling system, it can achieve scrutiny, controlling and diagnosising.

This machine, is a newly designed in order to produce solid brick, interlocks, hollow block, curbstones and other concrete products as requested by the customer.

In one press it can produce 65-70 pcs solid bricks,40-45 pcs of interlocks, or 12 pcs of 20x40x20cm blocks.

The press time is 12--17 seconds.

It has two working system, it can work either on full automatic or semi automatic, depending on user preference.

The machine can be used with a stacking system or without a stacking system.

Advantages of servo motors:

1. Accuracy: realizes closed-loop control of position, speed and torque; overcomes the problem of stepping motor out of step;

2. The speed: high-speed performance is good, the general rated speed can reach 2000 ~ 3000 rpm;

3. Adaptability: It has strong anti-overload capability and can withstand three times the rated torque. It is especially suitable for occasions with transient load fluctuations and quick start.

4. Stable: It runs smoothly at low speed, and does not produce stepping operation similar to stepper motor when running at low speed. Suitable for occasions with high speed response requirements;

5. Timeliness: The dynamics of motor acceleration and deceleration are short, generally within tens of milliseconds;

6. Comfort: heat and noise are significantly reduced.

(1) The price of bagged cement is relatively high;

(2) If you use bagged cement, you need more labor;

(3) If the silo is not used, the weight of the cement needs to be manually measured, and the measurement is inaccurate, which affects the quality of the brick.
